I am a self-taught Colorado artist with a focus on pieces that evoke feelings of nostalgia, the eerie, or a yearning for a place only seen in dreams. I work primarily in oil pastel and colored pencil as well as oil paint, and my paintings feature a wide range of real and imagined subjects.
The calm dignity of lonely places, the beauty of the overlooked and taken for granted, and the use of art as a means of expressing trauma and loss all impact my artistic choices.
Through my art, I hope to make the forgotten feel remembered, the grieving feel comforted, and the misunderstood feel seen.

Original Artwork
I never use AI to create my artwork. All of my paintings were done by hand, by me, and each one includes a certificate of authenticity.
Original oil paintings are fully cured and varnished, and ship unframed.
Original oil pastel paintings also ship unframed. Because oil pastel never fully “cures” like oil paint does - even when fixative is applied - I have included care instructions with your shipment that will help you keep your painting in excellent condition until it can be framed.
Prints
Every print available on my website is a giclée, and produced from digital scans or photographs of my own original artwork. Each one is named and signed on the back, and ships unframed.
What is a giclée?
A giclée is a high quality art print made using a specially designed, pigment-based printer as well as heavy-weight, archival and acid-free paper. The superior paper and ink quality means your prints will last for many decades without fading or yellowing.
Shipping
I offer both free domestic shipping throughout the continental United States, and flat-rate international shipping through the United States Postal Service.
8×10” and 11×14” prints ship flat in a rigid mailing envelope. 16×20” prints ship in a sturdy shipping tube.
All original oil pastel paintings ship flat. Please take note of the care/storage instructions included with your painting.
All orders are insured against damage or loss. If the unthinkable happens and your order arrives damaged, please email me a clear photo/photos of the damage within three days of delivery.
Orders are packaged and shipped within five business days of receipt, and you will receive an email with tracking info once your order is with the USPS. If for any reason I am unable get your item shipped within that time frame, you will be emailed with an estimated shipping date.
