I love Colorado. I’ve lived here over half my life - longer than I’ve lived anywhere else. A few years ago, my stepdaughter treated her dad and me to a weekend trip to Vail for his birthday. Fall was just barely beginning, and the weather was picture-perfect. We spent an afternoon walking along this lovely trail that criss-crossed some of the ski runs in town.
